Body Play goes Outside! - a boot-camp inspired workout to get you in your best shape for summer! In the spirit of fun, we'll play with different methods of fitness for strengthening, toning and weight loss. 5:30 - 6:45 Monday nights May 7th - June 11th. Safe for all exercisers. $5.00 per class
MAL Gals, Mothers Against Lyme: Concerned about ticks and protecting your family? Join us at Heartworks Sunday afternoon, May 20th at 3pm for a discussion lead by Evalyn, a health coach and a Mom of 3 young kids. Evalyn is 9 months into her treatment plan for Lyme Disease. She has a wealth of information to share with other Moms about Lyme Disease, prevention and resources to tap into should you need treatment. Her goal is to empower you so you can enjoy the upcoming, outdoor season rather than fear it. This event is free but seating is limited so please register by emailing Jennifer Schwartz at LPUjennifer@gmail.com.
On-Going Classes for Adults and Teens
Low Impact Aerobics – incorporates fluid body movement with light weights, floor exercises and 20 minutes of low-impact cardiovascular exercise set to music from the 50's, 60's and 70's - Mondays and Thursdays, 8:30 – 9:30 am, $5 per class
Integrated Yoga – a hatha yoga class combining approaches from various yoga traditions including Kripalu and Kundalini, resulting in a gentle spirit, mind and body class Tuesdays and Thursdays, 4:30 - 5:45 pm and Fridays, 8:00 – 9:15am, $10 per class
Classes are on-going unless otherwise stated
Drop-ins are welcome to all our classes, all classes are multi-level

Discovery Hour – Tuesdays at 10:00 am
Join us as we explore different topics through dramatic play, music, movement, and art. Bring your imaginations!
Caregiver participation required.
