Renaissance Sundays Continue
By tapping in to our inherent creative energies and living our lives according to our deepest personal values, we can create a personal Renaissance within us, and with that be inspirations to renew our world! Why not live this year as if it were your last, and see what you can accomplish? Join me for Renaissance Sundays this winter exploring your inner gifts, talents and truths through movement, art and journaling activities. No experience necessary, no fee required.

On-Going Classes for Adults and Teens
Low Impact Aerobics – incorporates fluid body movement with light weights, floor exercises and 20 minutes of low-impact cardiovascular exercise set to music from the 50's, 60's and 70's - Mondays and Thursdays, 8:30 – 9:30 am, $5 per class
Integrated Yoga – a hatha yoga class combining approaches from various yoga traditions including Kripalu and Kundalini, resulting in a gentle spirit, mind and body class Tuesdays and Thursdays, 4:30 - 5:45 pm and Fridays, 8:00 – 9:15am, $10 per class
Classes are on-going unless otherwise stated
Drop-ins are welcome to all our classes, all classes are multi-level
Children and Families
Discovery Hour – Tuesdays at 10:00 am
Join us as we explore different topics through dramatic play, music, movement, and art. Bring your imaginations!
Caregiver participation required.
